This is a simple recipe for some chocolate coated fruits if you have too many of them lying around at home. For this recipe I used mandarin oranges and a packet of melted baking chocolate chips.
Simply measure out your desired amount of chocolate chips, melt it in a bowl above simmering water. Peel mandarin oranges, use scissors to snip out the seeds, then dip orange into melted chocolate. Let cool in the fridge and soon you'll have a delectable plate of fruity desserts to enjoy after dinner.
