This is still one of my all-time favourite savoury recipe, easy to make and super delicious.
This time round it's less oily, but at the same time, it's also less fragrant. Mehh..
Fragrance comes at the expense of fatsssss.
I trimmed away a teeny bit of fat because I found it a tad too oily.
But hey, I like it less oily, feels less jelat.
This is quite filling, maybe next time I should assemble a complete breakfast plate with bacon egg cups, portobello mushrooms and hashbrown.
Whooo! Complete calories overload.
